Qualifications

• Experience in logistics and transportation required.
• Familiarity with logistics documentation and terminology.
• Weekend and after-hours work may be required.

Responsibilities

• Manage shipments and master tasks in Odyssey systems.
• Serve as liaison between clients and carriers.
• Investigate and resolve shipment exceptions.
• Escalate issues and provide recovery options.
