Odyssey Logistics is seeking a Customer Service Manager to lead a team of representatives across Alaska locations and support training, process standardization, and operational initiatives. Qualifications

• 3-5 years of management or supervisory experience.
• Approximately 3.5+ years of experience in logistics or a related industry.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Industrial Management, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse, transportation, and supply chain operations.
• Proficiency with TruckMate and other enterprise resource planning (ERP) platforms.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis.
• Strong understanding of financial, business, and strategic management.
• Experience with customer success, customer service operations, and account management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of customer service representatives to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Oversee onboarding and account success for new customers, ensuring smooth transitions.
• Monitor KPIs related to quality, delivery, responsiveness, and customer satisfaction and take corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and service delivery.
• Coach employees to resolve issues quickly and professionally and maintain a safe work environment.
