Job summary

CJ Logistics America is seeking a Sales Executive focused on Transportation growth solutions. You will represent CJ Logistics at industry events, manage the RFP process, and drive lead-generating activities for contracted transportation management and truck brokerage.

Travel is required 2–3 trips per month (about 40% of time) with a hybrid work model. A 3–5+ year track record in client-facing sales and $1M+ contract closes is preferred, along with a relevant Bachelor's degree and CRM/Office

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in client-facing business development or account management.
• Proven ability to close $1M+ in annual sales contracts.
• Strong logistics sector knowledge and a robust professional network.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field and ability to interact with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities in key industry verticals for contracted logistics services.
• Develop and implement sales strategies for WM and TM to hit revenue targets.
• Pursue opportunities via prospecting, networking, and market research.
• Build client relationships, ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Cross-sell Transportation Brokerage, Freight Forwarding, Cold Chain, and more.
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends and customer needs.
• Manage RFPs and tailor presentations to demonstrate value.
• Collaborate with operations and marketing for execution.
• Provide regular updates on sales performance and insights.
• Travel 2–3 trips per month; travel time ~40% with remote work balance.
