Job summary

Radiant Logistics Inc. in Overland Park, KS seeks an Account Manager to build long-term relationships with Radiant network stations and clients, focusing on service, execution, and value creation. You will partner with operations to meet expectations and drive continuous improvement across geographies.

This role operates with independence, leveraging data to identify growth, negotiate pricing, and drive client satisfaction while coordinating with internal teams for strategic solutions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Business, Logistics, or International Trade preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of account management experience
• Full Truckload (FTL) and Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) experience
• Domestic transportation experience
• FTL quoting experience a plus
• Strong knowledge of North American geography
• Transportation/logistics industry experience an asset

Responsibilities

• Build relationships across multiple levels and departments to penetrate Radiant network stations and accounts.
• Conduct regular business reviews using internal data and market intelligence to identify growth opportunities and retain/grow business throughout strategic solutions
• Collaborate with and influence station and account team members across geographies and divisions to execute account strategy
• Apply strategic negotiation and sales tactics for complex, management-level pricing and solution discussions
• Share customer-specific data, requirements, and expectations with internal teams to build viable solutions
• Monitor financial, volume, and service performance reports, adjusting pricing and processes to drive efficiency
• Interpret internal/external data and market intelligence to deliver business insights that improve outcomes
• Stay current on changes within stations, customers, and the industry to identify new opportunities
