You will identify customer needs, propose solutions, and help optimize routes, pricing, and capacity. The position emphasizes accuracy, timely quotes, and data-driven performance tracking.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management or customer-facing roles within logistics preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to analyze data, interpret KPIs, and use logistics tech.
• Organizational and problem-solving abilities to manage multiple accounts.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and basic office software.
