Responsibilities

• Record details of all loads booked for the assigned area.
• Coordinate substitutions and support other regions as needed.
• Supervise trailer pools and ensure asset utilization.
• Secure loading/unloading appointments to meet service expectations.
• Communicate issues to Regional Sales Director promptly.
• Pursue knowledge of other positions to support career development.
• Maintain service levels for Marten's customers per Sales/Marketing guidance.
• Perform routine solicitations and follow up with designated accounts.
• Delegate duties and develop Account Manager Associates.
