Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Record details and direction on all loads booked for the assigned area.
• Supervise and monitor trailer pools.
• Secure loading/unloading appointments.
• Communicate problems to the Regional Sales Director.
• Delegate duties and develop Account Manager Associates.
• Maintain service levels for Marten's customers.
• Perform solicitations and follow up with designated accounts via in-person discussions and email/other forms.
• Other duties as assigned.
