Job summary

Werner Enterprises, Inc. seeks a Dedicated Logistics Manager to own the profitability of a dedicated account through daily operations including driver management, load planning, and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.

You will supervise office staff and drivers, drive KPI performance, coordinate safety and maintenance, and collaborate with billing, risk, and fleet teams to optimize asset utilization and service quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with emphasis in Marketing, Management, or Transportation/Logistics, or equivalent.
• 2–3 years customer service experience preferred.
• 2–3 years transportation experience preferred.
• 1–2 years AS400 and PC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Overall Account Management of profitability, revenue, invoicing, personnel management and on-site customer interaction.
• Daily supervision of office personnel and drivers assigned to the account.
• Focus on driver training, retention, safety, and cost optimization.
• Assign drivers to loads using load details and company systems; coordinate with multiple departments.
• Ensure compliance with safety rules and drive continuous improvement in performance metrics.
