Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing, Management, or Transportation/Logistics.
• Two to three years of customer service experience preferred.
• Two to three years of transportation experience preferred.
• One to two years of AS400 and PC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Overall account management of profitability and revenue generation.
• Daily supervision of office personnel and drivers assigned to the account.
• Promote a safety culture by evaluating employee safety performance.
• Coordinate maintenance of assets and equipment for the account.
