This on-site role requires meticulous attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and ability to manage full-cycle execution from warehouse floor to final delivery, with steady, clear customer updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business management or logistics-related field.
• Basic knowledge of logistics, warehouse management, and technical services.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the first point of contact for assigned accounts.
• Conducts and leads regular meetings with clients to understand their needs and provide updates.
• Manages client expectations and escalates issues when necessary.
• Maintains accurate client records and documentation.
• Coordinates client visits.
• Processes and follows up on customer work orders, as well as in- and outbound goods.
• Logs all movements and services in the warehouse management system (WMS).
• Coordinates with internal departments, such as repair, paint, pre-delivery inspection (PDI), and shipping, to obtain updates on the status of goods.
• Monitors inventory levels and assists with stock counts.
• Prepares invoice calculations.
• Assists in resolving issues or answering questions.

Education
