• Manages client expectations and escalates issues when necessary.
• Maintains accurate client records and documentation.
• Coordinates client visits.
• Processes and follows up on customer work orders and inbound/outbound goods.
• Logs movements in the warehouse management system (WMS).
• Coordinates with repair, paint, PDI, and shipping teams for status updates.
• Monitors inventory levels and assists with stock counts.
• Prepares invoice calculations.

We need a dedicated professional who takes pride in delivering flawless, full‑service execution from the warehouse floor to final delivery, maintaining constant, consistent customer communication every step of the way.

Responsibilities

Client Coordination

• Acts as the first point of contact for assigned accounts.
• Conducts and leads regular meetings with clients to understand their needs and provide updates.
• Manages client expectations and escalates issues when necessary.
• Maintains accurate client records and documentation.
• Coordinates client visits.

Administrative and Operational

• Processes and follows up on customer work orders, as well as in‑and outbound goods.
• Logs all movements and services in the warehouse management system (WMS).
• Coordinates with internal departments, such as repair, paint, pre‑delivery inspection (PDI), and shipping, to obtain updates on the status of goods.
• Monitors inventory levels and assists with stock counts.
• Prepares invoice calculations.
• Assists in resolving issues or answering questions.

All of this is carried out in accordance with our company's quality, environmental, and health policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business management, logistics management, or a similar field is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of logistics, warehouse management, and technical services.
• Proficient with WMS software programs, Excel, and Word.
