Responsibilities

Acts as the first point of contact for assigned accounts.
Conducts and leads regular meetings with clients to understand their needs and provide updates.
Manages client expectations and escalates issues when necessary.
Maintains accurate client records and documentation.
Coordinates client visits.
Processes and follows up on customer work orders and inbound/outbound goods.
Logs movements in the warehouse management system (WMS).
Coordinates with repair, paint, PDI, and shipping teams for status updates.
Monitors inventory levels and assists with stock counts.
Prepares invoice calculations.
