Job summary

TAIT in Lititz, PA is seeking a strategic project leader to guide complex live event projects from inception to delivery. You will coordinate engineering, manufacturing, and operations while ensuring financial performance and client satisfaction.

The role requires strong negotiation, risk management, and cross-functional leadership to translate client needs into TAIT solutions and deliver exceptional experiences on time and on budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or 5+ years in entertainment/project management with relevant fields.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with scheduling tools (MS Project, Asana) and budgeting/ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidimensional projects from scope, schedule, and budget to delivery.
• Coordinate engineering, manufacturing, operational and support disciplines for project success.
• Manage client relationships, communications, and satisfaction throughout the lifecycle.
• Monitor risks, delays, and financial performance; provide status reports to stakeholders.
• Develop and review proposals, quotes, and pricing; drive cost estimates and contingencies.
