Job summary

TAIT is seeking a Project Manager II in Nashville to own end‑to‑end delivery of advanced live event projects. You will plan, execute, monitor, and drive teams across engineering, manufacturing, operations and support to meet scope, budget, and schedule with the client in focus.

You will lead risk management, resource allocation, and financials, ensuring clear communication and successful outcomes for TAIT and its clients in a dynamic, high‑profile environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Project management or relevant industry experience in entertainment, live events, construction management, or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree plus 4+ years experience in Entertainment or Project Management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of advanced projects within scope, budget, and schedule.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, operations and support.
• Communicate project status and risks to clients and senior leadership.
• Translate client needs into TAIT language and develop proposals and quotes.
• Monitor revenue, change orders, and cost controls throughout the project lifecycle.
• Foster strong client relationships and ensure TAIT quality in delivery.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, Technical Theater, or Live Event related field
