Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 4–8 years of relevant experience managing complex projects and teams.
• Experience cultivating and managing client relationships.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, web-based research, and AI tools.
• Ability to balance competing demands in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Litigation CDE team and partners to implement business development strategies.
• Serve as a key resource for CDE-related client communications and collateral.
• Develop compelling pitch and proposal materials.
• Design and implement practice- and industry-related initiatives.
• Maintain up-to-date practice descriptions, capability statements, and competitive intelligence.
• Prepare and maintain the engagement database and related systems.
