You will help maintain website content, partner biographies, and promotional materials, while coordinating events and pitches.

With 0–2 years of experience, the role emphasizes strong communication, project management, and collaboration across offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Preferred major in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Public relations, or related field.
• 0-2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the CDE Litigation team and broader staff to support practice strategies.
• Maintain website content, partner bios, and communications materials across channels.
• Organize event tracking and follow-up for the Litigation Department.
• Assist with directory submissions and survey responses for industry publications.
• Prepare and maintain promotional materials, brochures, and rankings content.
• Distribute marketing materials and firm communications, including invites and press releases.
• Manage data collection and entry for the firm’s CRM system.
• Compile competitive intelligence and conduct research as directed.
• Support daily docket-tracking and firm-sponsored events or presentations.
• Assist with draft pitches, proposals, and cross-office collaborations.
