Job summary

Lewis Brisbois, a leading AmLaw 100 firm, seeks a Business Development Manager in Minneapolis to drive growth for litigation practices. You will partner with practice leaders and stakeholders to design and execute strategic marketing and BD initiatives, elevating the firm’s market position and promoting the National Trial Team.

The role emphasizes collaboration, coordination, and execution across multiple litigation areas, with a focus on Complex Business & Commercial Litigation and cross-office

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years ofBD/marketing experience in a law or professional services firm.
• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Business, English, or related field.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and pursue new business development opportunities, coordinate attorney teams, lead pitch efforts, and manage opportunities from concept to submission.
• Lead the development of pitches, proposals, RFP responses, and presentations.
• Conduct client, prospect, and market research to position the firm to win new business.
• Support the successful integration of lateral hires into the firm.
