Job summary

Orderly Network is seeking a Partnerships BD professional to accelerate the growth of its partner ecosystem. You will identify, engage, and support builders and partners, building a robust pipeline and ensuring activation and growth on Orderly.

You will manage end-to-end BD lifecycle, leverage data-driven workflows, CRM, and cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Product, and Operations to drive trading activity and value across English-speaking markets.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in crypto BD, partnerships, or business development.
• Professional English proficiency for international discussions.
• Existing network of project teams, trading communities, affiliates, KOLs, brokers, or partners.
• Proven ability to generate trading volume, activate partners, or drive revenue.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Data-driven mindset with pipeline management and analysis.
• Proactive, entrepreneurial, and able to work in a fast-moving environment.
• Excellent communication and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective partners across English-speaking markets, prioritizing relationships that can generate trading activity, trading volume, and long-term business value.
• Build relationships with project teams, trading communities, affiliates, KOLs, brokers, exchanges, and other relevant partners to develop scalable acquisition channels.
• Manage the full BD lifecycle, from prospecting and outreach to negotiation, onboarding, activation, and ongoing performance management.
• Develop and execute partnership initiatives across English-speaking markets, taking local market dynamics and business opportunities into account.
• Track partner performance and evaluate the impact of partnerships on trading volume, user acquisition, revenue, and other relevant business metrics.
• Maintain an accurate partner database and use CRM tools, spreadsheets, and structured follow-up processes to manage opportunities efficiently.
• Work with Marketing, Product, Operations, and BD colleagues to execute growth initiatives and improve partner activation and retention.
• Monitor industry developments, identify emerging opportunities, and continuously refine outreach and partnership strategies.
