Job summary

Qualifications

Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in business development, sales, or related roles.
Experience with RFP/RFQ processes, proposals, SOWs, and contract negotiations.
Experience in pharma, biotech, or life sciences including manufacturing operations.
Proven success in new business development and revenue generation.
Experience managing relationships with senior-level decision-makers.
Ability to manage a BD pipeline and use CRM tools.
Strong consultative selling and relationship-based approach.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Develop and execute BD strategies aligned with growth objectives.
Identify, qualify, and pursue opportunities across pharma, biotech, and life sciences.
Build long-term relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders.
Prospect via networking, referrals, associations, conferences, and outreach.
Understand client challenges and articulate value of ECHO’s capabilities.
Support proposals, SOWs, presentations, and negotiations with leadership.
Represent ECHO at conferences and networking events; drive closing activities.
Maintain CRM pipeline and provide leadership with visibility into activity.
