Qualifications

• Minimum of 21 years of age.
• 2 years’ experience in the human services field.
• Auto Insurance coverage and valid driver’s license.
• Successful completion of criminal background checks.
• Willingness to travel and participate in trainings.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment to meet demand using data and annual plans.
• Develop and implement foster parent training and certification.
• Maintain foster parent records and pipeline data in the CRM.
• Build relationships with community organizations and leaders.
• Provide on-call support to foster families on a rotating basis.
