Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Bachelor's degree in human services or related field (Georgia).
• Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in social work or related field, or equivalent training.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in the human services field.
• 100/300/100 Auto Insurance Coverage and Valid Driver’s license.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with training.
• Successful completion of criminal background checks.
• Travel/Training willingness.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct recruitment and retention strategies across US locations.
• Develop and manage the annual recruitment plan.
• Mine existing and prospective parents for referrals.
• Establish Necco brand as a leader in foster care by educating the community at events.
• Build relationships with foster parents, local businesses, media, churches, and community leaders.
• Use data to collaborate with staff to develop recruitment methods.
• Ensure CRM reflects accurate data on leads and activities and manage follow-ups.
• Oversee certification process including home study and licensing approvals.
