Job summary

The National Park Foundation in Washington, DC is seeking a Licensing Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of licensing partnerships, drive revenue, and expand consumer engagement while ensuring brand integrity.

In this full-time hybrid role, you will collaborate with internal teams and report to Senior Director, Licensing Strategy & Operations, coordinating with the National Park Service, and support program growth through renewals, onboarding, and portfolio analysis.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in client services, account management, project management.
• Experience with brand licensing and IP rights usage.
• Ability to organize, prioritise, meet deadlines.
• Proficient communication skills and diplomacy.
• Proficiency in MS Office 365.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a portfolio of licensing partners to meet revenue targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to grow portfolio and optimize licensing program.
• Negotiate renewals and analyze portfolio performance.
• Ensure brand standards alignment with NPF and NPS.
• Maintain licensing portal and manage onboarding and reporting.
