Job summary

Wizards of the Coast seeks a Program Manager, Partner Brands who will bridge Japanese and U.S. partners, manage licensing relationships, and drive product opportunities across an exciting portfolio.

This role emphasizes strong Japanese and English communication, collaboration with licensors, and cross-functional leadership to release licensed products and experiences. The position is a contingent, temporary assignment with remote work and hybrid opportunities, lasting 6–12 months.

Qualifications

• Must have translation/interpretation experience (3–5 years).
• Experience in licensing, consumer goods, gaming, or TCG industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between Japan and the U.S. for partners, translating emails and materials and researching the Japanese market.
• Manage day-to-day relationships with licensees, onboarding, communications, opportunities, and reviews; summarize performance reports.
