Hasbro’s Wizards of the Coast unit seeks a Director of Partnerships & Program Management for the Magic Franchise to lead, nurture, and scale partner programs across the Magic ecosystem. You will manage multi‑year cross‑functional initiatives and influence outcomes at the intersection of partnership, product, and creative.

You will coach senior program managers, drive strategic opportunities, and maintain strong partner relationships to advance the franchise’s goals within a matrixed organization.

Qualifications

• Proven program management leader in ambiguity and matrixed organizations.
• Able to coach, mentor, and lead senior program managers.
• Strategic vision to identify and build new opportunities; evaluate pitches.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Magic Franchise Program Management Team, resolving issues and growing partner engagement.
• Develop best practices to scale the team’s impact and coach managers into cross‑functional leaders.
• Drive emerging franchise initiatives and assemble cross‑functional teams for new ideas and projects.
• Be the partner expert, coaching teams on partner engagement and advancing franchise goals.
