Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain investor materials, business plans, and strategic analyses.
• Conduct market sizing, due diligence, and licensing opportunity assessments.
• Build and update financial models projecting revenue scenarios and deal economics.
• Prepare executive-ready PowerPoint and Excel analyses for leadership.
• Support corporate development and licensing campaigns from concept to execution.
• Ensure analyses are transparent, reproducible, and well-sourced.
