You will work with Licensing Executives and Business Development while supporting company-level corporate development, investor materials, and market analysis.

This role suits a recent MBA graduate (or MBA with up to five years of experience) eager to apply rigorous analytical skills from finance or consulting to fast-growing IP licensing.

Qualifications

• MBA from a top-tier program required (or pursuing); MBA or Masters in Finance essential.
• 0–5 years post-MBA experience in business/financial analysis or related analytical roles.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to support research, analysis, and productivity.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including financial modeling and data visualization.
• Strong written and verbal communication and ability to present findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve business plans, investor materials, and strategic materials.
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform strategy.
• Build financial plans, models, and valuation analyses.
• Prepare executive-ready presentations and analyses for CEO and CLO.
• Support investor, partner, and external meetings; leverage AI tools to accelerate work.
• Develop and manage licensing program analyses and KPIs.
