Job summary

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of progressive experience within Commercial Credit is required.
• Knowledge of Enterprise Value lending is required.
• 5-7 years within Sponsor Leverage Finance or Mid Corp Leverage Finance.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or equivalent experience required; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite renewals and new credit requests focusing on due diligence, risk assessment and asset quality ratings.
• Provide credit expertise using a consultative approach to structuring loans per ONB guidelines.
• Monitor the credit portfolio and prepare quarterly reports with action plans and upgrades/downgrades.
