Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 7+ years of CRE underwriting, credit analysis, or related experience.
• Strong knowledge of financial statement analysis, loan structuring, and commercial lending principles.
• Familiarity with bank credit policies, risk management, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience analyzing risks across various industries and market segments.
• Ability to work independently and escalate complex deals as needed.
• Strong communication and collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Leadership experience is a plus but not required.

Responsabilités

• Underwrite and analyze complex commercial loan applications with accurate risk assessments.
• Engage with Credit Administration to leverage portfolio data and market insights.
• Ensure compliance with credit policies, loan standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor the commercial loan portfolio for risk, concerns, or growth opportunities.
• Evaluate and decide loan requests within credit authority; provide guidance to RM/partners.
• Support Senior Credit Officers by reviewing complex transactions as needed.
• Collaborate with relationship managers and portfolio managers to ensure well-structured applications.
• Participate in loan committee discussions and contribute to audits and exams.
