Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed credit memoranda for complex lending relationships.
• Complete comprehensive analysis on client financial statements.
• Recommend loan structures with appropriate covenants.
• Identify credit strengths, weaknesses, risks and mitigating factors.
• Determine underwriting and due diligence scope based on risk.
• Participate in joint calls with Relationship Managers.
• Maintain knowledge of macroeconomic factors affecting markets.
• Identify and track loan and credit policy exceptions.
• Monitor risk in the portfolio and advise proactive actions.
• Prepare reviews for relationships within the portfolio.
• Defend appropriate risk ratings.
• Review and negotiate legal documentation with bank counsel.
• Develop financial statement forecasts and enterprise valuations.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Navigate Microsoft Office and department software to improve efficiency.
• Work as part of a team.
• Work with on-site equipment.
