Platinum Federal Credit Union in Duluth, GA seeks a Chief Lending Officer to lead member business, consumer and real estate lending, collections and loan participations. Remote travel to branches and community sites will be required.

The CLO reports to the CEO and focuses on profitable growth with strong credit quality. The role emphasizes setting lending strategy, overseeing underwriting, maintaining policy standards, and leading the lending team on a path to long-term succession.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of lending experience with 5+ in leadership.
• Advanced underwriting and credit analysis for commercial and real estate.
• Knowledge of credit union and banking lending rules.
• Experience with loan participations sales/purchases.
• Master's degree or banking credential preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Set and execute lending strategy across member business, consumer, real estate and collections.
• Oversee underwriting and credit analysis to grow volume while maintaining credit quality.
• Maintain sound lending policies and support timely credit decisions.
• Monitor portfolio performance, delinquency and charge-offs; manage participations.
• Ensure compliance with NCUA and lending regulations and cap.
• Streamline processes; introduce automation/AI to improve turnaround.
• Engage with community leaders; represent PFCU at events.
• Lead, coach and develop lending team; build successors.
• Serve on the Executive Leadership Team.
