Qualificações

• At least six months of CLO-level responsibilities with strong credit expertise.
• CCO experience is a plus.
• Leadership skills and ability to manage and develop a team of lenders.
• Experience in community banking, commercial lending, or credit administration.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and risk management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and oversee commercial and consumer lending portfolios, ensuring strong credit quality and adherence to bank policies.
• Review, structure, and approve complex loan requests in collaboration with the lending team.
• Develop and execute lending strategies aligned with the bank’s growth objectives.
• Mentor and guide lending staff, fostering a high-performance, customer-focused culture.
