Job summary

BRICKELL Personnel Consultants, Inc. is assisting a community bank in Miami in recruiting a Chief Lending Officer to lead the lending team and drive loan growth while maintaining strong credit quality and regulatory compliance.

The CLO will oversee CRE, foreign national residential, and C&I lending, review loans, and present credit requests to the Loan Committee, all while mentoring staff and partnering with referral sources.

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years of commercial lending experience.
• 5+ years in senior lending management.
• Strong CRE underwriting and loan structuring experience.
• Foreign national residential lending experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
