Job summary

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent with a four-year degree in related field such as business, finance, or economics.
• 7-10 years of experience in a financial institution with at least five years in a senior management position is also required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and be tactful, diplomatic, and effective with members, personnel, auditors and regulators.

Responsibilities

• Directs and coordinates all credit union wide lending activities.
• Oversees Consumer Loan, Real Estate and Member Assistance departments.
• Develops plans and strategies to meet short- and long-term objectives.
• Ensures compliance with federal and state laws and regulations.
