Job summary

Fremont Bank seeks an Executive Vice President, Chief Lending Officer to lead the enterprise lending strategy for commercial and residential lending. This senior leader will drive loan growth, pricing discipline, and risk-adjusted profitability while aligning with strategic objectives.

Reporting to the President, the CLO partners with the Board and executive team, shaping lending policy, governance, and portfolio performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field is required.
• MBA or equivalent advanced banking education preferred.
• Experience advising Boards and executive leadership on lending strategy and risk.

Responsibilities

• Lead the enterprise lending strategy across commercial and residential lending.
• Own credit production, portfolio growth, pricing discipline, and risk-adjusted profitability.
• Partner with Chief Credit Officer on lending policy and risk appetite.
• Provide Board-ready reporting on portfolio performance and credit risk.
• Drive client relationships and cross-functional collaboration for growth.
