Zusammenfassung

ElevenHundred+ is seeking a Recruiting Specialist to support lateral associate and partner recruiting, law school recruiting, and the summer associate program for Massumi + Consoli. The role reports to the Director of Recruiting within the Talent function and focuses on a high-touch candidate experience.

Based in Los Angeles on a hybrid schedule, you will manage day-to-day recruiting activities, coordinate logistics for programs, and leverage ATS tools to improve workflows and reporting.

Qualifikationen

• At least five years in legal recruitment including lateral associate hiring and law school programs.
• Experience coordinating summer associate programs and on-campus interviews.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple deadlines.

• Execute law school recruiting activities and campus events.
