Zinda Law Group, a fast-growing personal injury law firm, seeks an enthusiastic Recruiter to join our People Team in our Austin, TX office. You will partner with hiring managers to recruit top attorney talent and support select non-attorney roles, while shaping job descriptions and recruitment strategies.

You will build a robust attorney pipeline, source through multiple channels, and manage the candidate experience from screening to onboarding, ensuring timely updates to managers and aligned

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in legal recruiting.
• Ability to conduct structured, behavioral, and panel interviews.
• Hands-on sourcing, screening, and selection experience for attorney roles.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with ability to work in structured processes.
• Experience with ATS and candidate management tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills for building rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
• Commitment to delivering an outstanding candidate experience and building a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for attorney positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Support recruiting for select non-attorney roles as needed.
• Develop and update job descriptions for legal and professional staff positions.
• Conduct job and task analyses to document requirements and objectives.
• Post jobs to relevant boards, law school portals, and organizations.
• Proactively source attorney candidates through various channels.
• Conduct interviews to identify top candidates within timelines (SLAs).
• Assess legal knowledge, skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Provide hiring managers with regular updates and recruiting reports.
• Build and maintain a strong attorney talent pipeline.
• Stay informed of market trends and best practices in attorney recruiting.
• Support employer branding to attract top legal talent.
