Job summary

Zinda Law Group seeks a dynamic Lead Trial Lawyer in Texas to handle personal injury cases from intake to verdict. The role offers significant upside with uncapped bonus potential and relocation options for qualified candidates.

Ideal candidates have at least 5 years of litigation, jury trial experience, and bar admission in TX or neighboring states. A strong client-relations background and TRCP/Rules of Evidence expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience.
• At least 1 year of plaintiff or defense personal injury litigation experience preferred.
• Jury Trial experience.
• Licensed and in good standing with the Texas, Arizona, Colorado, or New Mexico State Bar.
• Experience taking and defending depositions.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle personal injury cases from intake through verdict.
• Draft and respond to motions, demonstrating a deep understanding of legal principles and procedures.
• Work closely with clients, building strong relationships and providing exceptional client service throughout the legal process.
• Utilize your substantial knowledge of TRCP (Texas Rules of Civil Procedure) and Rules of Evidence to develop persuasive legal strategies

As an elite Lead Trial Lawyer, you will have the opportunity to become a top litigator making $3-4 million in fees yearly and work on small docket of cases giving you the ability to deliver the highest level of service. We are looking for someone who can follow a play book but at the same time be innovative.

Responsibilities:

• Handle personal injury cases from intake through verdict;
• Draft and respond to motions, demonstrating a deep understanding of legal principles and procedures;
• Work closely with clients, building strong relationships and providing exceptional client service throughout the legal process;
• Utilize your substantial knowledge of TRCP (Texas Rules of Civil Procedure) and Rules of Evidence to develop persuasive legal strategies

Qualifications:

• Experience taking and defending depositions;
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus.

• Very competitive base pay (depending on experience) + uncapped bonus potential;
