This role partners with the CLO to translate priorities into action, manage budgets, and drive efficiency across teams.

Responsibilities include financial oversight, outside counsel and vendor management, workflow optimization, technology deployment, and performance reporting.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required; a JD, MBA or similar advanced degree is highly preferred.
• 8 to 10+ years in a legal operations leadership role in corporate legal departments or law firms.
• Experience working with executive leadership or board-level stakeholders in complex environments is expected.

• Oversees strategic financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and spend tracking for the Legal Department.
• Partners with the CLO to translate priorities into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.
• Leads the evaluation and implementation of legal technologies to improve service delivery.
• Manages outside counsel strategy, engagement, performance, and billing guidelines.
• Designs streamlined legal workflows and internal controls across the department.
• Defines KPIs, benchmarks, and analytics to inform strategic direction.
• Provides operational leadership for legal operations, staff, and process improvements.
• Supports governance matters and CEO-level initiatives with discretion.
