Job summary

Amazon's Legal Operations is seeking a Program Manager to lead global eDiscovery program delivery. You will own the technology roadmap, drive cross-functional programs, and stand up AI-powered capabilities to transform litigation support.

You will report to the Head of eDiscovery and oversee the lifecycle from data collection through production while building vendor partnerships to reduce costs and accelerate outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• 5+ years of eDiscovery program management experience including end-to-end ownership.
• Experience with eDiscovery platforms (Relativity, RelativityOne, Nuix, or equivalent) and the EDRM lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Own the eDiscovery Transformation Program end-to-end: define roadmap, milestones, dependencies; identify risks and drive resolution.
• Define technical requirements and drive vendor integrations and data pipelines; collaborate on legal holds and preservation workflows.
• Lead evaluation, piloting, and procurement of AI-powered tools for document review and analytics.
• Own the vendor strategy: manage partners, drive RFPs, negotiate SLAs, and ensure quality standards.
• Drive stakeholder alignment and mentor team members across legal, engineering, and vendor groups.
