• Manage various legal and organizational matters, documents, contracts, and compliance tasks.
• Handle medical record requests and subpoenas with HIPAA compliance.
• Oversee contract lifecycle management and system data integrity.
• Lead Vendor Risk Assessment (VRA) workflow and related data management.
• Coordinate with Risk and Quality Management and GC/CCO on compliance matters.
