Responsibilities

• Supervise a Senior Specialist on the BRO team, providing direction and prioritization.
• Liaise between procurement, finance, and program teams to ensure timely processing of contracting documents and payments.
• Track contract workflows to identify delays or errors and improve processes.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external requirements across contracts and budgets.
• Manage and review monthly budget commitments and communicate with stakeholders.
