HCA Healthcare is seeking a Legal Operations Manager to drive process improvements, analytics, and operational excellence within the Legal Department. You will collaborate with the VP-Legal and other leaders to execute the department’s strategic roadmap and optimize outside counsel management.

The role emphasizes governance, data-driven decision making, and cross-functional partnerships with IT, Finance, and business units to support scalable legal operations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in business operations, legal operations, finance, analytics, or related field.
• Experience with legal operations preferred or in-house/legal environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead process improvement initiatives to boost productivity and efficiency.
• Partner with VP-Legal to develop and execute operational strategies.
• Manage efficiency projects across people, process, and technology.
• Create scalable programs and processes for sustainability and growth.
• Coordinate meetings and resources, including external counsel relationships.
• Develop dashboards and reports for legal spend, budgeting and forecasting.
