Job summary
HCA Healthcare in Nashville seeks a Legal Operations Manager to lead process improvement, analytics, and department operations in close partnership with the VP-Legal. You will drive efficiency, develop and implement programs, and ensure alignment with the legal strategic roadmap.
The role requires strong organizational and analytical skills, collaboration across business, IT, and legal teams, and effective management of outside counsel.
Qualifications
- JD preferred; strong legal operations knowledge.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 7+ years in business operations, legal operations, finance, analytics, consulting, or related field.
Responsibilities
- Lead process improvement initiatives to boost productivity and efficiency.
- Partner with VP-Legal to develop and execute operational strategies.
- Lead efficiency projects spanning people/process/tech to reduce cost and time.
- Create and implement scalable operational programs and processes.
- Ensure smooth flow of business processes and provide resources as needed.
- Engage in retention and management of outside counsel.
- Coordinate department meetings, legal retreats, and materials.
