Job summary

Versigent is seeking a Manager, Legal Operations Technology, Analytics & Financial Operations to maximize the value of legal tech, data, analytics, and vendor operations. You will own technology requirements, partner with IT, and deliver dashboards, KPI management, and financial controls acrossGlobal Legal & Compliance functions.

You will oversee data governance, reporting, and operational improvements, while coordinating with outside counsel and vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 5–8 years in Legal Operations, legal technology, eBilling, or related area.
• Experience with enterprise legal management platforms (ONIT, Legal Tracker, Brightflag, Mitratech, SimpleLegal).
• Strong experience with iCertis, Diligent, NAVEX, and other legal tech solutions.
• Proven ability translating legal requirements into technology solutions and analytics.
• Excellent English communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Define business requirements for ONIT, iCertis, NAVEX, Diligent, and related platforms.
• Partner with IT to optimize use of legal tech and IP management systems.
• Develop reporting, dashboards, KPI management, and spend analytics.
• Lead global initiatives in legal operations technology and automation.
• Oversee data governance, governance standards, and governance reporting.
• Coordinate outside counsel operations and vendor management.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, accruals, invoicing, and spend reporting.
• Create executive-level reporting for multiple stakeholders.
• Monitor and drive AI-enabled legal tools and automation adoption.
• Lead complex cross-functional projects with Global Legal & Compliance teams.
