Job summary

The Director of Legal Operations at Temple Health – Temple University Health System will serve as the strategic and operational leader for the Legal Department, driving efficiency, cost control, and technology optimization.

You will report to the EVP/Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel, partnering with attorneys and business leaders to enhance service delivery and manage outside counsel and spend.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; JD or Doctorate preferred.
• 5+ years in a legal operations/administrative role in-house or in a professional legal environment.
• Experience as a practicing attorney or equivalent leadership preferred.
