Envoy Global, Inc. is seeking an Account Executive for the Legal Vertical in a role that blends immigration expertise with strategic business development.

The position supports clients across HR, Talent Acquisition, Mobility, and Legal teams while promoting Envoy Global's technology-enabled immigration platform and legal services. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in business immigration law, a proven track record in client advocacy, and the drive to deliver risk-managed, compliant workforce

Qualifications

• 3+ years of business immigration law experience supporting corporate clients.
• Experience advising HR, Talent Acquisition, Mobility, and Legal teams.
• Knowledge of employment-based immigration programs (H-1B, L-1, TN, PERM, I-140, adjustment of status, global mobility, and compliance matters).

Responsibilities

• Drive new business opportunities by engaging prospective clients and educating them on Envoy Global's immigration and mobility solutions.
• Manage a consultative sales process from discovery through closing.
• Partner with HR, Legal, Global Mobility, and executive stakeholders to understand workforce planning and immigration challenges.
• Conduct compelling presentations, demos, and business discussions.
• Translate complex immigration-related risks and regulatory considerations into clear business solutions.
• Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, referrals, and strategic outreach.
• Collaborate with our affiliate law office, product, marketing, and customer success teams to create exceptional client experiences.
• Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets and key performance indicators.
• Stay informed on workforce trends, immigration developments, and talent acquisition challenges affecting clients.
