Harvey AI is seeking a Corporate Business Development Manager for Legal Data. You will source, evaluate, and negotiate access to legal content for product integrations, working closely with product, engineering, finance, legal, and GTM teams to drive strategic partnership outcomes.

You will cultivate long-term relationships with providers and collaborate across internal functions to scale new data sources, all while maintaining Harvey's fast-paced, high-execution culture.

Qualifications

• Must have US legal practice experience or familiarity with legal practice tools.
• Proven ability to develop executive relationships and negotiate complex contracts.
• Experience partnering with product teams to drive tech-enabled solutions.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across Product, Legal and GTM teams.
• Excellent communication and ability to influence with empathy.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute a strategic plan for legal content partnerships aligned with Harvey's GTM strategy.
• Identify, evaluate, and establish partnerships with legal content and data providers.
• Negotiate licensing agreements with mutually beneficial terms.
• Conduct quantitative analyses and present business cases to executives.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, finance, legal and GTM teams to integrate new content sources.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with key partners.
• Operate autonomously and move with Harvey pace.
