Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
• At least three years of recent professional experience with U.S. employee benefits and wellness plan development and delivery.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with leaves of absence and disability/accommodations per laws and firm policies.
• Partner with stakeholders to deliver a streamlined leaves experience.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee benefits inquiries.
• Manage day-to-day benefits operations including lifecycle events and invoicing.
• Support benefits programs across the Americas.
• Assist in communications and materials for benefits and wellness programs.
• Enhance the Benefits governance framework and drive efficiencies.
• Assist with benefits integration and due diligence for mergers/acquisitions/divestitures.
• Maintain knowledge of benefits programs and trends across the U.S., Bermuda, and Canada.
