Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking an HR Leave & Accommodations Specialist to administer disability, medical leave programs, and the ADA interactive process in coordination with our third-party administrator. The role involves case management, communication, and ensuring accurate processing of cases and claims for outfitters.

Primary duties include handling a caseload of leave requests, collaborating with HR leaders and legal teams, and staying current on federal, state, and local leave laws.

Qualifications

• Proficient in coordinating disability, medical leave and ADA processes.
• Understanding of FMLA, ADA and state leave programs.
• Experience with HRIS data entry and case management.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage leave and accommodations caseload.
• Coordinate with TPA and internal HR leaders for compliant processes.
• Respond to staff/management questions on leave and accommodations.
• Maintain accurate leave statuses in HRIS and payroll systems.
• Lead or participate in regular case review sessions for strategy.
