Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Manager to oversee leasing and marketing at the property, partnering with the Community Manager to reach occupancy goals. You will lead the leasing team, implement marketing plans, and maintain strong resident relations.

Responsibilities include auditing lease files, staff training, coordinating events, and ensuring compliance with company policies. A High School Diploma is required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred, with housing industry experience a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or one year’s experience in the housing industry.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
• Student Housing Experience Preferred

Responsabilités

• Strategic Leasing Management and achieving budgeted occupancy.
• Regular/daily onsite attendance is required.
• Audit all lease files to ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
• Deal with resident complaints and ensure resident satisfaction.
• Develop and implement resident retention programs and events.
• Effectively show, lease, and move in prospective residents.
• Assist in developing the annual marketing plan and marketing budget.
• Monitor leasing/renewal progress and supervise staff performance.
• Maintain product knowledge of the property and market conditions; complete market survey reports.
